Has Brent Sampson run out of things to say?

Brent Sampson is the often inept and dishonest boss of the often inept and dishonest pay-to-publish company Outskirts Press.

Brent and Outskirts do so many things so badly, that they are frequent subjects for this blog. I even wrote a book about the company.

Brent has a lot to say, but much of what he tells us, like the name of the publisher of Roget's Thesaurus, is wrong. He writes bad books, makes speeches, enters contests, tweets and writes a blog.

Some of his blog entries are interesting. A few are even useful.

However, a lot of Brent's recent blog posts have just been instructions for publishing with Outskirts Press. One coma-inducing title is "Welcome to your galley review process at Outskirts Press."

That's the kind of stuff that belongs on the Outskirts website, or in an instruction manual. It does not belong on a blog that should attract non-customers and deal with a wide range of publishing topics.

If Brent has nothing to say, maybe its better that he says nothing.
