Big News Yesterday & Today

(1) Yesterday my "Stories" book became available as a B&N Nook book.

(2) Today it became available as an Amazon Kindle book.

(3) Today a reviewer said, "I read your book and . . . I am still laughing out loud! I love your style of writing, and hope everyone buys this book, . . . as we can ALL relate to it, enjoying every moment reading it!!! Thank you for sharing your memories!! They have brought back so many of my own! What a MUST-READ!!!!!"

(4) The book is going to be made into a movie starring the grandson of Tony Dow, who played Wally Cleaver on "Leave It To Beaver" and has also been a successful director and artist.
(5) Yesterday I made the final corrections on the hardcover version of the book. It will soon be available in hardcover, paperback and multiple eBook formats.
(6) I start on Medicare today.

  1. OK, OK, I give up. Your promos have worked. I'll buy the damned book. Maybe I'll even see the movie.

(Actually, I planned to buy the book anyway, but was waiting for the Kindle edition.)

  2. Hmmm... with all due respect, I think I smell an April Fool prank! Tony Dow had one son, Christopher, born in 1973, which would make him a rather young father of about 20 years to "Bo." Not unfeasible, but the fact there's absolutely nothing else on the web about "Bo" or "Beaumont" has me thinking shenanigans!
