Michael N. Marcus discusses writing, editing, publishing and sometimes other things. He often draws attention to inept publishers and writers. It's his duty and his compulsion. It's important and often funny. If you present work to the public, you must be able to withstand criticism. If your feelings get hurt easily, keep your work private. When you seek praise, you risk derision. In publishing, either produce pro-quality work by yourself or get help from qualified professionals.

Maybe people named Bubba are too stupid to own iPads
(from an iPad online group)
I bought my iPad 4 weeks ago and then i seen they were coming out with iPad 2, I was pissed. I called support and explained my dilemma.
She put me on hole for 4 min, came back said they can take are of me and had the manager from my local Apple store on the phone also.
She said to bring the iPad back and get a full refund and i can buy the iPad 2 when I'm ready.
Thank you Apple, i am very pleased with there support. In there defence though, support did not even know when the new ones were coming out she said.
Bubba
Question: how could someone with such limited communication skills know the word "dilemma?"
